Our client is actively seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team out of Milledgeville, GA! This individual will be in support of day-to-day site construction management and logitiscs, assisting in the coordination of delivery and scheduling of materials, monitoring site safety, etc. Ideal candidates will posses experience within civil construction (or related industries) both hands on and within an office setting, have a strong background in job site logistics, proficiency in scheduling tools, and excellent organization skills. Key Responsibilities: Support day-to-day site construction management and logistics. Coordinate delivery and scheduling of materials, heavy equipment, and subcontractor activity. Maintain and update construction schedules and tracking logs. Assist in monitoring site safety, compliance, and project progress. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to resolve issues in real time. Conduct site walks and generate daily field reports and progress updates. Maintain construction documentation, RFIs, change orders, and permits. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in construction project coordination or construction management. Hands-on field construction experienceindustrial, heavy civil, or infrastructure experience preferred. Strong background in job site logistics and scheduling of materials and equipment. Proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Valid driver's license; ability to work full time on site in Bismarck, ND. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting projects involving Fly Ash, cement, or heavy industrial materials. OSHA 10/30 certification or other relevant safety training. Familiarity with lean construction principles or construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.).
