Contract - 5 Months (possible extension)

Location - Framingham, MA. Optional Additional Enhancements (if applicable): OSHA 10/30 certification a plus Basic welding/soldering experience Familiarity with backflow prevention systems or fire suppression piping Comments: Monday-Friday 7am to 3:30 OT as needed Minimum High School Diploma Must have reliable transportation

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver professional and responsive customer service with a focus on quality and safety

Operate, troubleshoot, and repair piping systems and equipment

Support startup and commissioning of new equipment or system upgrades

Document all work in compliance with cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards and company policies

Participate in on-call rotation and respond to off-hours maintenance emergencies

Follow all safety protocols, work instructions, and SOPs

Strong teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn

Skills:

Proficient with hand and power tools: pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, threading machines, pressure test pumps, gauges

Experience with various piping materials: copper, PVC, PEX, steel

Water supply, drainage, gas, steam, and HVAC piping systems

Steam and hot water system repairs/ Chilled water systems and HVAC piping

Drainage and waste piping (including clogs and leak troubleshooting)

Performing preventative maintenance on mechanical systems

Interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.

Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

To Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Accurately complete maintenance logs and system documentation.

Apply strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to system issues.

Work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.

Support consistent environmental control to meet manufacturing and facility standards.
