Join Lantech as a Panel Builder in our CLIMATE CONTROLLED facility. We offer a 4 day work week with overtime opportunity, quarterly profitability bonuses, and opportunity for advancement. Our Panel Builders Start at $21.50/hr 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6am-4:30pm Who are We? Lantech is widely recognized as the world leader in stretch wrapping technology. We also are industry leaders in robust and efficient case and tray handling equipment. Today, Lantech equipment is found worldwide, with technical support in multiple languages. As a Panel Builder you will: you will be responsible for building our wrapping unit control panel s includes enclosure / panel machining, component mounting, panel wiring using a wide range of hand and power tools, reading / interpreting electrical drawings / schematics At times, this will include supporting the Team Leader to trouble shoot and diagnose electrical quality issues. What are We Looking For? (Requirements) Familiarity with electrical schematics/drawings Familiarity with common electrical devices Basic knowledge of computer use (how to open files, save files, etc.) Previous experience with hand tools (strippers, screw guns, crimpers, etc.) Ability to stand for hours at a time Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work together with a team to produce a comprehensive panel Ability to complete tasks within a given timeframe Ability to follow instructions to complete tasks up to Lantech standards Education & Experience: High School Diploma Desired Skills: Good attendance Ability to adapt to changing situations (customer changes, engineering changes, etc.) Good attention to detail and ability to notice quality issues Completion of Lantech LEAP class Proper tool identification / use for the job being done Reasons why you will love working at Lantech: Job Stability: Lantech is an essential business who is thriving in the manufacturing industry and growing exponentially in the market.
