* Competitive Hourly Rate: $35-$50 per hour ($72,800-$104,000 annual base salary)
* On-Call Compensation: $150 for scheduled on-call duties

Your Impact as a Commercial HVAC Technician
In this dynamic role, you'll keep commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems running smoothly while delivering outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include:
* Performing scheduled maintenance, service requests, repairs, and equipment changeouts on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including ice machines.
* Troubleshooting and assessing systems to recommend and execute repairs, minimizing downtime.
* Conducting preventive maintenance and proposing enhancements to optimize performance.
* Responding promptly to emergency service requests with professionalism.
* Collaborating with a dedicated support team of dispatchers, coordinators, supervisors, and technical resources.
* Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and adhering to safety policies and procedures.
* Contributing to facility-related projects and providing insights to improve operations.
What We're Looking For
* Experience: 3-6 years of hands-on experience with commercial HVAC refrigeration systems.
* Certifications: EPA Certification required; O6A license preferred.
* Physical Requirements: Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 75 lbs., carry 30 lbs., and work in confined spaces (e.g., crawlspaces, attics).
* Skills: Expertise in servicing, installing, and troubleshooting commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, with strong customer service and independent problem-solving abilities. Experience with industry software is a plus but not required.
* Additional Requirements: Willingness to wear PPE, flexibility for overtime and occasional travel, and ability to pass drug, background, and driver's license checks. Must meet enhanced security clearance requirements.
