responsibilities:

• Lead the design and production of comprehensive land development plans.
  
  

Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables meet client deadlines.

Design residential site layouts, grading, and drainage systems, including stormwater management.

Create utility designs for a variety of projects.

Prepare detailed permit packages and coordinate with local agencies.

Interpret Florida codes and regulations and apply them to all designs.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
  
  
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Florida, or the ability to obtain it within six months.
  
  
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant land development experience.
  
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  
  
• Great verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  
  
• Excellent organizational skills and a sense of urgency.
  
  
• Experience designing stormwater facilities using ADICPR is highly desired.
  
  
• A proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
