Position: Anaplan Model Builder/Developer

Location: New York, NY (Onsite)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Anaplan Model Builder/Developer to design, develop, and maintain Anaplan models for incentive compensation, performance reporting, analytics, planning, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Anaplan solutions.

Build and enhance Anaplan models, dashboards, and integrations.

Maintain and optimize existing models for performance and user experience.

Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Anaplan applications.

Ensure seamless integration of Anaplan with other systems.

Document technical specifications and processes.

Requirements:

5+ years Anaplan experience (3+ full implementations, ideally in incentive compensation & revenue models).

Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.

Proficient in model building, data integration, and automation.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Anaplan certification preferred.
