Diesel Mechanic - Heavy Equipment

GPAC is seeking Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic s for company with great pay, benefits, recognizes and rewards hard work, and offers opportunities for growth.

We are looking for all levels of experience from 2 years of "lubing" heavy equipment through to Senior Mechanics.

THE ROLE

As a Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of heavy equipment, including Excavators, Water Trucks, Scrapers, Packers, Tractors, Skytrax, Backhoes, and Skid-loaders, among others.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform maintenance and repairs on gasoline and diesel engine powered heavy equipment.
• Handle minor repairs as well as complete overhauls of heavy construction equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Willingness to travel as required.
• Possess basic mechanical knowledge, including electrical and hydraulics.
