Job Description

Join our team as a MIG Welder, where you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality workout and gym equipment. Your expertise will be essential in welding frames, holders, and racks using .035 wire feed throughout the majority of your workday. Your keen understanding of where welds need to be laid is vital to this role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the production of workout and gym equipment.

  • Weld frames, holders, and racks using MIG welding techniques.

  • Utilize .035 wire feed for welding tasks.

  • Interpret and follow blueprints accurately.

  • Ensure high-quality welds and fabrication.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in MIG welding.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

  • Experience with wire feed welding.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Familiarity with TIG welding.

  • Skills in fabrication and fitting.

Work Environment

Enjoy a structured work schedule with options for additional hours. Choose between 1st shift from Monday to Thursday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, with opportunities to work on Friday and Saturday, or 2nd shift from Monday to Thursday, 3:30 pm to 4:00 am. Engage in an environment focused on production efficiency and quality craftsmanship.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
