Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our team for the 1st Shift, operating from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The position offers a competitive hourly rate, with opportunities for growth based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform industrial painting tasks with precision and care.

• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate paint application.

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including blasting and cleaning as necessary.

• Utilize spray guns and work within a paint booth environment.

• Ensure all painted products meet quality standards and production timelines.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in industrial painting, particularly within the aerospace sector.

• Ability to wear and work with a respirator.

• Familiarity with paint preparation and application techniques.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
