JOB SUMMARY:

• A key role in the IT operations team, responsible for delivering a modern, efficient, and stable IT workplace for internal customers. This position collaborates with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external service providers to ensure operational excellence.
• A successful candidate should be, a strong communicator, quick learner, and able to adapt to rapidly changing conditions. Have advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a broad IT knowledge base.
• Must be willing to work on-call, including nights and holidays.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for project management, architecture design, implementation, and operations in one or more of the following areas:

• x86 Linux/Windows systems

• Scale-out storage systems

• Networking systems

• Security products (e.g., WAF, Firewall, Proxy, SLB, Anti-virus)

• Windows client services

• Database (e.g., Oracle, DB2)

• Continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.

• Research and adoption of new IT technologies to enhance productivity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong English speaking and communication skills. (Fluency in Mandarin is a plus but not required)
• Flexibility to work on-call including nights and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, along with equivalent practical experience.
• Industry certifications, such as VMware, RHCE, or Microsoft MCSA/MCSE, are preferred.

Travel: 10%
