Responsibilities

• Perform various types of welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise welding tasks.
• Select appropriate materials and welding methods based on project specifications.
• Conduct welding tests and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain welding equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Document all welding procedures, inspections, and results thoroughly for quality control purposes.
• Comply with safety regulations and contribute to a culture of safety within the workplace.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a welder, preferably in the Oil & Energy industry.
• Extensive knowledge of welding methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Certification in welding techniques and related qualifications.
• Ability to read technical blueprints and schematics with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in executing welding tasks.
• Willingness to work in challenging environments and under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
