Millwright Maintenance Technician

Staffmark is seeking a skilled Millwright Maintenance Technician to join a growing team in Bossier City, LA. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for setting up, repairing, and maintaining mechanical equipment and systems that are essential to daily operations. Your work will directly impact production efficiency, safety, and equipment longevity.

Pay: $20+/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Day Shift (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery and mechanical equipment
• Work with motors, pneumatic tools, conveyors, and production machines
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime
• Assist with preventative maintenance and safety checks
• Contribute to the efficiency and sustainability of operations through reliable maintenance support

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance or millwright experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Familiarity with industrial machinery and safety procedures
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work under general supervision
