What You'll Do

In this full-time, salaried role, you'll be the go-to leader for your projects from start to finish. You'll:

• Own the management of prime contracts, subcontracts, and procurement from the ground up.
• Lead with safety, quality, and environmental stewardship always at the forefront.
• Partner directly with clients to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
• Drive projects forward with detailed budget forecasting, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Lead weekly/monthly project meetings, resolve disputes, and keep things moving.
• Mentor the next generation of electricians and project leaders.
• Ensure every project closes out smoothly-with our reputation shining bright.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of proven success in utility power, commercial, or industrial power projects.
• Strong experience with estimating, project management, and client relations.
• A deep understanding of transmission, distribution, and substation work.
• Expertise across engineering, design, construction, and contracting.
• Exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple high-stakes projects at once.
• A passion for leadership, mentoring, and teamwork.
