Job Description
The Superintendent position will work in close collaboration with project management and human resources to coordinate technician work force planning, resource dissemination and coordination, general oversight of field operations while providing technical direction to technicians, maintenance of safety standards, productivity, schedule, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and having a strong understanding of the union contract.
Coordinate technician workforce planning and scheduling across multiple geographies.
Enforce union contract compliance, including layoffs and recalls.
Conduct regular site visits (daily, bi-weekly, monthly based on distance).
Ensure safety standards are implemented and maintained; lead safety meetings.
Oversee timecard reporting, fleet and equipment upkeep, and material staging.
Support project managers with manpower forecasting, budget tracking, and scope changes.
Review plans/specs for constructability and provide input on estimates and schedules.
Mentor field staff and support training initiatives through Direct Line University.
Manage test results, as-built documentation, and project closeout deliverables.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality field execution.
*Current Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-6:00pm, occasional mandatory Saturdays (currently on mandatory Saturdays).

Skills and Requirements
Must haves:
10 plus years related experience or equivalent role
OHSA 30 certification
Must meet Motor Vehicle Record requirements.
Proficient with Microsoft office. Plusses:
AutoCAD experience null
