Job Title: Maintenance Electrician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production machinery and systems. This includes responding to mechanical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and executing repairs across electrical, mechanical, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical or electrical issues to ensure machinery is operating efficiently.

• Respond promptly to service calls to minimize production downtime.

• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks using systems like PMC.

• Maintain documentation of plant equipment and repair history.

• Work with 3-phase motors, VFDs, sensors, and switches.

• Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Weld various metals and fabricate machine guards.

Essential Skills

• Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.

• Skilled in electrical troubleshooting, including working with 3-phase motors, VFDs, and servo drives.

• Experience in mechanical troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, gearboxes, pumps, and motors.

• PLC troubleshooting expertise.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of ovens, cranes, conveyors, robots, gearboxes, motors, pumps, and belts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70720.00 - $70720.00/yr.
