We're looking for hardworking individuals to join our team installing overhead patient lift systems in hospitals and care facilities across the country. This is hands-on, physical work that requires travel, precision, and a strong work ethic. Why This Job Might Be a Fit for You: You like working with your hands and building things the right way. You've got experience in construction, carpentry, framing, or other trades - or you're confident you can learn quickly. You're dependable, safety-focused, and don't mind long drives or overnight travel. You're looking for a job with intensive work periods and real downtime - not the usual 9-to-5. Important Schedule Note - PLEASE READ: We typically work one week on, one week off. Often the sites are many hours away from St Louis so we stay there for the week. You are only paid during the on weeks. This schedule allows our crew to rest and recharge after long, physically demanding jobs. Occasionally, we may work two jobs back-to-back (two weeks on), but the week-on/week-off pattern is the norm. If you have a side gig during your off weeks, that's totally fine but this job must be your top priority since the team and project depends on you being there. What You'll Be Doing: Installing overhead patient lifts and other medical equipment (we'll train you) Traveling (with a team) to job sites across the U.S. Driving a company vehicle and towing a cargo trailer Keeping project records, maintaining safety, and working long days when on the road Requirements: Passing a criminal background check Construction or trades experience (framing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) strongly preferred Having a valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 80 lbs Able to work long hours during travel weeks Comfortable traveling long distances and staying overnight at job sites Willing to follow a one-week-on, one-week-off schedule Pay & Benefits: Job site rate: $30-$35/hour (based on experience) Travel rate: $15/hour Overtime eligible Weekly pay Medical, dental, vision after eligibility requirements are met 401(k) with company match after eligibility requirements are met If interested in learning more, please respond to this job post and we will follow up with you via email with an application form.
