What Youll Do

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment (Excavators, Loaders, Backhoes) with precision and care.

• Perform rigging, hoisting, and spotting tasks to support equipment movement.

• Prepare and level ground for transportation and construction activities.

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with basic repairs.

• Support concrete and foundation work using mixers, compressors, and other power tools.

• Handle general labor tasks including trenching, site cleanup, and material organization.

• Uphold safety standards and follow OSHA regulations.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with heavy equipment.

• Strong background in concrete labor and general construction.

• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in outdoor environments.

• Willingness to travel extensively and work occasional night shifts.

• Preferred experience with forklifts and skidsteers .

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
