We are looking for a Service Project Manager Coordinator (SPMC) to support the Field Service Operations team with specific tasks in the service order management process. This role serves as a critical link between service delivery, customer communication, and financial processes, ensuring contractual compliance and timely financial resolution of service activities. This is a work from home position with periodic travel to attend internal meetings.

The SPMC's overall responsibility will be successful execution of the following tasks and functions:

  • Purchase Order Management
  • Secure customer purchase orders following emergency call dispatch
  • Review and verify contractual service obligations and billing instructions
  • Collaborate with customers to align POs with actual costs
  • Ensure timely return of parts to facilitate order closure
  • Financial Processing
  • Prepare and submit accurate billing calculations for invoicing
  • Address and resolve invoice disputes
  • Expedite billing for past-due orders
  • Reporting and Communication
  • Generate and distribute contract reports
  • Conduct open order status reviews with management
  • Follow up on identified action items
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in business systems

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, or related technical discipline from an accredited institution, or equivalent professional experience
  • Prior professional training in customer-facing roles
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience, including:
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence with ability to adapt to diverse personalities in challenging situations
  • Established track record in technical customer service environments
  • Exceptional communication skills, with particular emphasis on:
  • Professional phone and email etiquette
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to manage customer expectations and resolve complex service issues
  • Availability to travel up to 10% for internal meetings

The pay range for this position is $50,750 - $87,000 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
