Land Development: Land Dev Manager / Director (entitlements, due diligence, budgeting, schedules, horizontals).
Preconstruction & Estimating: Precon Manager, Estimator (conceptual through GMP, scopes, buy-out).
Construction Operations: Project Manager, Assistant PM, Superintendent (vertical residential—SFH/townhome).
Purchasing & Cost: Purchasing Manager/Agent (trade networks, contracts, VE).
Investments/Acquisitions (select markets): Analyst/Associate (site sourcing, underwriting, IC memos).
What you’ll do
Drive projects from dirt to keys : entitlement support, horizontal coordination, vertical execution, budget/schedule control, trade procurement, QA/QC, and close-out.
Partner with internal land/investments, development, construction, and asset teams to deliver lease-ready/sale-ready product on schedule.
Support market expansions and new community launches in priority metros.
