Construction Foreman

Established company Battle Ridge Construction is looking for skilled Construction Foreman to join our team. Opportunity to work with a great team of people building custom residential homes.

Responsibilities:

- On-site crew management for high-end residential construction projects
- Coordinates directly with project Superintendent to ensure quality control, assist in directing and managing employees/sub-contractors, and help complete projects in-budget and on-time.
- MUST be able to work bags-on alongside carpenters and tradespeople.
- Ensure crew members are fully trained and follow all safety protocols.
- Ability to read, understand and build to detailed construction plans.
- Manage performance of on-site employees and subcontractors.
- Provide detailed progress reports, and complete/update material takeoffs.

Qualifications:

- Applied residential construction experience.
- Knowledge of current building methods, tools, and materials. Ability to physically perform all necessary building tasks.
- Proficiency in managing complex and detailed construction projects from start to finish.
- Leads by example and drives crew to perform at highest standard possible.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and teach others.
- Multi-tasking skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
