Job Description
Join our team as a Licensed Utah Journeyman Electrician! This role offers the opportunity to focus on troubleshooting and maintenance, with no new construction. You'll work on both indoor and basic outdoor lighting systems, providing service and repair formercial customers. This is an excellent position for someone looking to move away from typical electrical construction work and delve deeper into maintenance and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
Service, repair, and install indoor and basic outdoor lighting systems.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and replace parts as needed.
Professionally interact with customers
Fill out service orders and related paperwork.
Operate smartphones and apps for job management.
Work independently and with minimal supervision.
Travel up to 20% of the time and be available for occasional night shifts.
Qualifications:
Valid Utah Journeyman Electrician s License.
At least 25% of experience in lighting or electrical service work.
Strong troubleshooting, wiring, and electrical systems knowledge.
Proficient with interpreting blues, schematics, and using electrical testing devices.
Ability to install and repair electrical equipment (e.G., switches, panels, conduit).
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and work in various physical environments (e.G., heights, confined spaces).
Must have a clean driving record and valid driver s license.
Ability to obtain a DOT medical card pany-paid).
Must have a smartphone and be able to use apps, email, and other tech tools.
