Welder or Grinder

Our client, an industrial leader in truck body assembly manufacturing, is seeking a Welder or Grinder to join their team. As a Welder or Grinder, you will be part of the assembly department supporting the production of high-quality truck bodies. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Welder or Grinder

Location: Rice Lake, WI

Pay Range: $19.78 - $21.78 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, 6am - 4pm, Monday - Thursday

What's the Job?

• Welding or grinding metal and fiberglass components for truck bodies.
• Utilizing power tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Applying fiberglass materials as part of the assembly process.
• Lifting and moving materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure quality standards are met.

What's Needed?

• Prior related experience in welding or grinding.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with power tools and safety protocols.
• Willingness to learn and develop higher skills for potential pay increases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
