Electrical Engineer

What You'll Do

• Be theengineering authority on site, guiding technicians and operators while focusing on big-picture improvements.
• Leadend-to-end project execution-from planning to delivery-balancing technical goals with budget realities.
• Represent the plant in meetings with public agencies, vendors, contractors, and utility partners.
• Mentor junior engineers and direct contractors to ensure high standards and smooth execution.
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into action, maintaining technical documentation and databases.
• Spearhead plant upgrades, equipment specs, bid evaluations, and design improvements.
• Ensure full compliance with codes, regulations, and internal standards.
• Support member cooperatives with engineering expertise and help shape corporate specifications.
• Develop and refine predictive maintenance programs and lead root cause analyses.
• Drive continuous improvement and safety across all operations.

What You Bring

• ABachelor's in Electrical Engineeringfrom an ABET-accredited program.
• Experience inpower generation, process improvement, and reliability engineering.
• Strong command of electrical systems, preventive maintenance, and energy optimization.
• Familiarity with industry codes and standards.
• Background in sectors likerefinery, petrochemical, or industrial projects.

Bonus Points

• BSEE or BSCE preferred.
• At least1 year of hands-on experiencein relevant industries.
• Proven skills inthermal generation and root cause analysis.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $104000.00 - $191000.00/yr.
