What You'll Do

As a Class II Fabricator, you'll play a key role in assembling HVAC systems that power buildings across the country. Your responsibilities will include:

• Verifying hardware and components against the Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Installing hardware and custom parts per HVAC specifications
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and spec sheets
• Using hand tools (rivet gun, air gun, knife, welding tools)
• Operating bridge cranes or hoists to move materials
• Performing preventative maintenance and minor machine repairs
• Following production schedules and maintaining safety standards

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and build plans (preferred)
• Experience in industrial or fabrication settings (a plus)
• Commitment to safety and quality
