Land Surveyor

We are seeking a dedicated Land Surveyor to conduct topographical surveys, define property boundaries, and execute construction layouts. This role involves downloading and uploading survey data into AutoCAD, researching land records, and coordinating with engineers and project managers. The position also requires proficiency in drafting using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Conduct topographical surveys and determine property boundaries.
• Execute as-built and construction layout surveys.
• Download and upload survey data into AutoCAD.
• Research land records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate effectively with engineers and project managers.
• Draft plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.

• At least 1 year of experience in land surveying or CADD drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Experience in drafting topographical surveys, property boundaries, and construction layouts.

This is a Contract position based out of Mystic, Connecticut.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
