Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers. Apply paint, lacquer, and other protective coatings using various techniques. Inspect painted surfaces for quality and adherence to specifications. Maintain equipment and tools used in painting and general labor processes. Assist in general labor tasks such as moving materials and assisting other trades. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Coordinate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain workflow. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in industrial painting or a related field is preferred. Basic knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and safety protocols. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and techniques.
