Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Worker/Laborer to join their team. As a Production Worker/Laborer, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting essential production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker/Laborer Location: Wurtland, KY Pay Range: 14.14 + Production Bonus What's the Job?

Perform physical labor including heavy lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 60 lbs (assisted) frequently. Stand, walk, and balance constantly for 12 hours per day. Crouch and bend frequently while performing tasks. Operate forklifts and powered/non-powered hand tools safely. Maintain personal safety in a busy industrial environment while adhering to safety protocols. What's Needed?

Must be able to pass a background check and a 10-panel oral drug screen. Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to work night, swing, or day shifts up to 12 hours per day. Willingness to work overtime as required based on production demands. Must use personal protective equipment (PPE) as per assigned job tasks. What's in it for me?
