Lead carpenter

Local builder looking for a full time employee. Ideally someone with experience in house framing, decks, general carpentry etc. Someone who enjoys what they do and takes pride in their work. Needs to be able to communicate well and see the benefit of working with others when needed. Also be able to be on jobs alone and ability to lead a helper or two. Needs to have drivers license, reliable transportation and basic hand tools. New construction is primarily what we do in Townsend and Helena but also have a house going on Grassy Mountain currently.
