Owning all field operations for the region to ensure success and profitability
You own the results of all projects within the region. You are typically based in the city/office capturing the majority of market growth opportunities. You hold all site leadership accountable. You develop and coach site leaders to adapt plans as projects evolve, deliver positive safety results, use tools to drive accountability, and provide clarity and alignment over the life of every project. You collaborate with the National Superintendent and field leaders across Harmon to drive best practices.

Your contributions to the team
As an elite level leader, your top priority is to own all project outcomes and field labor performance within your region.
n Leverage critical thinking and influence to proactively deliver results on all projects
n Drive regional project growth through site leadership using company policies and planning tools
n Predict and respond to project staffing needs within your region as they encounter challenges
n Deliver safety results by following union regulations, best practices and enforcing company standards
Collaborate with the OU Manager at a high level to drive projects within the region to meet timelines and budget
EXPERIENCE
What you need to be successful
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, a related degree or relevant work experience
Minimum of 15 years of related field experience in project management, engineering, or with a curtain wall subcontractor or manufacturer; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 15 years of experience in a field supervisory role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Safety
Lead safety planning to ensure project is ready for mobilization
Take ownership of onsite safety culture and compliance
Leadership
Drive the preconstruction process for each site
Own development plans for sites leadership and multiple direct reports
Lead project the start-up process for each jobsite
Continuous Improvement
Drive continuous improvement on each project site
Critical Thinking
Lead scheduling and sequencing on each project
Own the operational reviews for each project
Follow up on field labor tracking results for each project
Communication
Communicate information clearly, concisely and on time
Lead company best practices
Maintain timelines
Quality Control
Follow up on project close out procedures
EXPERIENCE

Salary Range; $130,000/yr-$150,000/yr.
