Position Summary
We are seeking motivated residents of Kauai to join our team as Entry Level Laborers. This role offers training, advancement opportunities, and the chance to work on a variety of roofing projects across the island. Candidates must be reliable, hardworking, and dedicated to learning the trade.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform roofing installations in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
• Safely operate roofing tools and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients

Requirements

• Must be a resident of Kauai
• Dependable, reliable transportation with a valid drivers license
• Strong attendance and punctuality (must be on time daily, no exceptions)
• Comfortable working at heights (ladders and roof edges)
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Must own a cell phone to clock in/out daily
• Ability to lift and carry 80 lbs or more
• Must be motivated, reliable, and eager to excel
• Must pass random drug tests and avoid alcohol issues
• Must be a U.S. citizen or hold valid work authorization
