Responsibilities
- Read, understand, interpret, and enforce safety policies and practices.
- Read and understand plans, specifications and local building codes.
- Schedules and documents all required inspections, quality testing, or other compliance requirements.
- Comply with and document environmental permits and inspections.
- Read and understand global project schedules and generate two-week construction schedules weekly.
- Schedule and order materials, inspections and manpower in order to meet project schedules and specifications.
- Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules.
- Confers with and directs personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.
- Maintain a general knowledge of equipment used on the job including basic understanding of equipment limits and designed purposes.
- Negotiate Change Orders
- Prepare and update monthly a P3 scheduling for all jobs
- Monthly tracking of profit and loss on all jobs
- Weekly tracking of Labor performance on all jobs
- Assume additional responsibilities as directed by corporate executives / division manager.

- Bachelor's degree from four-year college, technical school or university in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of supervising Concrete projects as a Project Manager
- A minimum of 7+ years of concrete construction experience.
- A minimum of 7 years of work experience and understanding of all phases of heavy concrete construction.
- 5+ years of experience of Portland Cement Concrete Paving (PCCP) field concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Be a team player who is self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meeting tight, multiple, and sometimes conflicting deadlines.
