DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Tradesman Helper, you will provide assistance to maintenance office mechanics by performing a wide-range of semi-skilled tasks. This professional conducts general building maintenance such as cleaning the conference room, lunch room, restrooms, offices, foyers, and garage areas. You will also be responsible for trash collection, dusting furniture and fixtures, sweeping, washing floors, vacuuming, and washing windows.
Within this role, you will perform general landscaping maintenance such as keeping the grounds clean and orderly, cutting grass and weeds, performing snow removal from sidewalks and parking areas, and maintaining the scrap tire area. This position affords the opportunity to assist mechanics with light mechanical repairs such as lube, oil change, repair lights, tire mounting, and more on light and heavy-duty vehicles as needed. Safety is of the utmost importance, therefore you must be able to assess your surroundings to ensure for the safety of yourself, your co-workers, and the public.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS
Special Requirements:
- This position requires possession of an active non-commercial Pennsylvania Class C driver's license or equivalent.
