We are excited to share that this year we will be working with PFP Thrive to provide 2 Apprenticeship opportunities at the City of Lincoln Council.
PFP Thrive Academy is based in Derby, and these Apprenticeships will work on a block release model, meaning participants will spend 1 week per month in Derby to complete training studies with the provider and the remaining 3-4 weeks with us as the employer.
Each month, up to 11 Apprentices will come together as a group, joining others of a similar age to share their experiences and support each other with their studies. These regular meet-ups not only help apprentices stay on track academically but also create a positive and encouraging environment where they can build friendships, reduce stress, and look after their mental well-being.
Travel, accommodation and food will be funded at no additional cost to our Apprentices. There are also opportunities for parents / guardians to tour the Academy and establish a better understanding of how accommodation arrangements will work.
The City of Lincoln Council look to put Apprentices into the workplace, so please apply through our website if you would like to join us this September.
