The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking workshop Labourer to join our team. The workshop Labourer will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day production processes, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and performing a variety of tasks to support the team.
Key Responsibilities
Paint touch up
Cleaning/tidying workshop
Paint masking
Delivery and pick up of goods from suppliers
Organisation of workshop
Supporting 6s improvement activities
Maintaining workshop with painting etc
Assisting stores personnel with Wrap and Pack parts to specification and send to Special Process Vendors as required
General labouring duties as required
Assisting in quarterly WIP checks
Job Requirements
Experience in a fast-paced Environment would be advantageous
Able to manage multiple tasks with a bias towards action and speed
High Degree of flexibility required
Liaises effectively with wider cross functional team to ensure targets are met.
Constantly displays integrity and respect
Actively engages in discussions and openly supports team decisions
Maintain a positive attitude in order to positively influence the process improvement activities throughout the organization
The individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Preferred
Forklift Licence
Driving Licence
Competent in the use of Microsoft Software, Excel in particular
