Responsibilities include: Dirt work and poured footings Flat work and tying rebar Erection of precast concrete walls Concrete finishing and carpentry Use of hand and power tools General labor across multiple job sites This is a hands-on role requiring travel and outdoor work in varying conditions. Required Skills Construction labor experience Concrete work and dirt work proficiency Prefabricated wall erection Poured footings and flat work Carpentry skills Familiarity with hand tools and power tools Steel erection and concrete finishing (preferred) Benefits Housing provided (hotel or rented house) Flexible home-time scheduling (e.g., work 4 weeks, home 10 days) Year-round employment with projects booked 3 years out High overtime potential (6 days/week, 10-12 hours/day) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
