Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various machinery and possess a solid understanding of manufacturing processes. This role involves working with precision tools and equipment to produce high-quality products while adhering to safety standards and quality control measures. If you have any type of manufacturing machine operation experience, we will provide you with the proper training for our machines.

Duties

- Sets up, adjusts and operates various fabricating machines including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, flexo presses, stamping presses, saw, punch press, brake press, etc.
- Performs fabrication on production parts in accordance with welding specifications requiring knowledge of methods and techniques
- Works from drawings, templates, operation sheets, job sheets, blueprints, etc.
- Positions components in jigs or fixtures, clamps parts in the correct position and welds components according to the specifications
- Perform setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting on machines as necessary.
- Read and interpret prints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
- Conduct quality control checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Collaborate with team members on assembly lines for efficient production flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Handle materials effectively, including packaging and fabrication tasks.
- Utilize hand tools for assembly and maintenance of machinery.

Requirements

- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with factory experience preferred.
