About the Role

Were looking for an experienced, licensed Journeyman Plumber to lead our large project install team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys mentoring others, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach team members on large-scale plumbing projects

Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on all job sites

Maintain cleanliness of work areas, vehicles, and equipment

Communicate with clients and ensure full satisfaction

Day shift schedule

Requirements

Journeyman plumbing license

5+ years plumbing experience

Valid drivers license with clean record

Strong leadership & communication skills

Residential service experience preferred

Ability to pass background & drug checks
