HVAC/Utilities engineer

Title: HVAC/Utilities Engineer Location: North Chicago, IL Duration: 06+ Months Pay Range: $52/hr – $55/hr

Required:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• 5+ years hands-on experience with HVAC/Utilities (chilled water, steam distribution, HVAC field devices)

• Strong troubleshooting of HVAC control systems, pneumatic actuators, and alarms

• Experience with HVAC automation, upgrades, and facility infrastructure projects

• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and control sequences

Preferred:

• 7+ years HVAC/Utilities experience with construction management exposure

• Experience in GMP-regulated pharma/biotech facilities

• Knowledge of ASHRAE, OSHA standards & documentation practices

• Ability to mentor/guide junior staff
