Window Installer

Window World is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and experience with glass installation, ensuring that windows are installed accurately and efficiently. This role requires proficiency in using hand and power tools, including a brake. The Window Installer will work on various residential projects, contributing to the overall quality and aesthetics of our installations.

Responsibilities

Install windows according to specifications and building codes
Read and interpret install plans
Utilize hand tools and power tools for window installation tasks
Perform heavy lifting as required during installations
Conduct caulking, trim carpentry, and door hanging as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites
Assist in fabrication and assembly of window frames when necessary
Provide high-quality workmanship in all aspects of window installation
Requirements

Proven experience in construction, particularly in glass installation or remodeling
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday
Knowledge of caulking techniques and fixture installation methods
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
Previous experience on construction sites is preferred
