We are looking for a high-level, detail-oriented, and experienced installer who can take complex millwork and cabinetry projects from delivery to flawless installation. The ideal candidate is a master craftsman with a deep understanding of architectural plans, finish carpentry techniques, and the precision required for custom, high-end work.
Key Responsibilities:
Install custom millwork, casework, paneling, cabinetry, trim, and fixtures to exact specifications.
Interpret and work from architectural drawings, blueprints, and shop drawings with minimal supervision.
Ensure all installations meet or exceed quality standards for fit, finish, and alignment.
Collaborate with project managers, shop teams, and designers to resolve on-site challenges.
Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and team members.
Qualifications:
Minimum 7+ years of experience in high-end millwork and cabinet installation.
Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and hardware.
Excellent ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Ability to lead on-site installation projects and mentor junior installers.
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
OSHA certification and familiarity with job site safety standards preferred.
