URGENTLY HIRING: Entry-Level Glazier (Construction)

Job Openings:

1. Entry-Level Glazier (No Construction Experience):
-Starting Pay: $25-26.00/hr (DOE) + potential to increase rate after introductory period
-No previous construction experience
-Assist Lead Installers in all aspects of work (including set-up and clean-up)
-Assist in keeping shop, jobsite, and work vans clean and organized
-We will focus on training you in shop work and basic installations
-Your role will expand as you gain time and experience

2. Entry-Level Glazier (w/ Previous Construction Experience):
-Starting Pay: $27.00-$30.00/hr (DOE) + potential to increase rate after introductory period
-You would fit this role if you have at least 2 years of construction experience, can work independently, can read a tape measure, and have general grasp of construction practices.
-Assist the Lead Installer in all aspects of work (including set-up and clean-up)
-Assist in keeping shop, jobsite, and work vans clean and organized
-We will focus on training you in shop work and basic installations
-In 6-12 months you should be able to start working independently in some areas. With the right skills and character you can advance quickly.
-Your role will expand as you gain time and experience.

Job Qualifications:
-Must live on Kauai
-High School Diploma or equivalent required
-Valid Driver's License
-Must enjoy detail-oriented "finish" work
-Enjoy challenges - our work changes day-by-day
-Able to lift 75 lbs. and enjoy physical labor (you will be lifting all the time!)
-Have some experience with hand and power tools (helpful, but not required)
-Carpentry skills are a plus (but not required)
-Be a team-player and dependable
-Willing to learn new skills and be trained
-BE POSITIVE!
-Must be DRUG-FREE - no exceptions!
