We are a well-established construction company specializing in utility and road work, seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee the successful execution of field operations across our diverse project portfolio.

Our Work Includes:
Heavy civil construction
Site development & subdivisions
Drainage systems
Wastewater treatment facilities

Position: Construction Supervisor

Location: Mandeville, LA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities
Direct field personnel to complete projects on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality and safety
Maintain the construction schedule, identify potential issues, and resolve them proactively
Review and understand all project plans and specifications
Order materials and schedule inspections as needed
Supervise all trade and field personnel, promoting productivity and accountability
Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and crew members
Ensure a clean, safe job site and enforce all company safety policies
Oversee the preparation and completion of final punch lists

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience supervising construction projects, preferably in utility and road work
Strong background in heavy civil, site work, drainage, and wastewater infrastructure
Proven ability to manage crews, schedules, budgets, and quality control
Experience using Procore is a plus
Excellent communication and leadership skills
