Site Laborer Job Description We are seeking dedicated site laborers to join a leading commercial construction company. The ideal candidates will have over three years of site work experience and a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity is based around the South Shore and southern Massachusetts areas. Responsibilities Perform general labor tasks on large commercial construction sites. Utilize hand tools effectively for various construction activities. Assist with carpentry tasks as needed. Ensure site cleanliness and organization. Load and unload construction materials. Comply with OSHA 10 safety standards. Essential Skills Minimum of 3 years of site work experience. Proficiency in general construction tasks and hand tool usage. Possession of OSHA 10 certification. Reliable transportation to job sites. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in carpentry is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Weymouth, Massachusetts. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $35.00/hr.
