Roofing Foreman Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead and manage roofing crews on commercial job sites. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining high standards of workmanship. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with early morning starts and work wrapping up by 5 pm. Responsibilities Lead and manage teams of 3-10 roofing crew members on commercial job sites. Oversee daily operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Coordinate with project management to ensure smooth execution of roofing projects. Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders. Monitor and ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and practices. Essential Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in various commercial roofing systems. Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and practices. Ability to read and interpret construction documents. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs. Why Work Here?
