You will serve as the local, on-site representative for both the company and its energy efficiency programs, supporting small business and commercial customers within a designated territory. You will be installing energy-efficient equipment, conducting energy audits and re-audits, performing pre- and post-installation verifications, and gathering technical data. You will recommend effective solutions to technical challenges and contribute to the successful implementation and enhancement of energy-saving measures. For this opportunity, you're a great fit if you can Trains field staff and develops training materials and guidelines on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications Conduct quality assurance reviews and energy audits of complex and large scale commercial buildings Complete on-site verifications and electronic review of field data entered into program database Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, proactively identifying and controlling cost overruns Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning and effectiveness of products Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues. Travel throughout a defined territory In this exciting career opportunity, you will have An active General Contractors License in the state of Georgia Minimum of 6 years of relevant industry experience in construction, energy efficiency, lighting, HVAC, or other related fields Comfortable working independently in the field and collaborating with cross-functional teams Type of Work This is a hybrid working environment, including remotely from home, in the office, and in the field supporting our customers Driving Are at least 21 years of age Valid driver's license This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment. Compensation Range $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 Currency USD Type Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example. Sponsorship is not available for this position at this time. Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.
