Job Description We are seeking a hands-on Project Engineer to manage and enhance our properties through diverse projects. You will play a key role in land development, community upgrades, water and sewer projects, and property acquisitions, ensuring successful project execution from planning to completion. Responsibilities
- Oversee land development projects from initial planning to final construction.
- Manage community upgrades, including paving, drainage systems, and new amenities.
- Lead upgrades to water and wastewater treatment systems across numerous facilities and lift stations.
- Assist with research and evaluations during property acquisitions.
- Degree in Civil, Structural, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field with relevant experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in engineering or project management.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.
- Experience with land development and construction.
- Familiarity with water and sewage systems.
- Experience with wastewater treatment plants and private well systems is a bonus.
- Knowledge of roadway design, surveying, and environmental permitting is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management and AutoCAD.
