Semi-Skilled Laborer / Do All Type Person wanted by a General Contractor in Covington. We are a Commercial General Contractor that has the immediate need for a Laborer Type Person on the north shore to maintain various rental properties. We need a motivated person to service tenants, make various repairs and maintain the common grounds of the property. We also need you to go into a unit when a tenant vacates and make the space presentable for the next tenant. Workers should have reliable transportation. All workers will be drug screened.
