We are seeking a detail-oriented Cabinetmaker with experience in architectural millwork. This role involves crafting custom wood components and cabinetry for luxury homes, working from detailed shop drawings and plans, and ensuring the highest level of fit and finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate and assemble custom cabinets, fixtures, and millwork components to shop drawings/specifications
  • Operate woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently
  • Read and interpret shop drawings and stock lists
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow all shop safety protocols
  • Perform quality checks throughout the fabrication process
  • Collaborate with shop leads and production management to meet deadlines and design intent

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of cabinetmaking or millwork experience (architectural millwork a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, materials, and techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical documents
  • Familiarity with various hardwoods, veneers, and engineered wood products
  • Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed
