- Lead municipal infrastructure projects from initial design to final inspection.
- Craft detailed plans, specifications, reports, budgets, and schedules to bring projects to life.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants during design and construction meetings.
- Oversee construction progress with on-site observations to ensure quality and compliance.
- Ensure projects remain on trackon time, within scope, and on budgetwhile maintaining meticulous documentation.
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Integrate the latest industry trends and technologies into your work.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or active progress toward licensure in South Dakota, Iowa, or Minnesota.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in civil engineering software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic work environment.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and determined with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
