Entry-Level Fabrication Machine Operator Location: Ladson, SC Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: $22-$26/hr (based on interview and experience) All shifts available!! What You'll Be Doing Operate a variety of fabrication equipment including press brakes, lathes, mills, roll formers, and punch presses Configure machines based on production specs and fine-tune settings to ensure optimal performance Inspect finished parts for accuracy and adherence to specifications; make necessary adjustments to maintain quality Keep detailed records of production output and quality checks Perform routine upkeep such as die sharpening, shimming, and basic troubleshooting Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment Maintain a tidy and organized work area to support efficiency and safety Assist with tracking material usage and managing inventory levels Work closely with fellow operators and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow What You Bring Familiarity with industrial machinery and fabrication processes Ability to read and interpret blueprints and part specifications Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Experience using tools like calipers, tape measures, and crane systems Comfort with steel fabrication, sheet metal handling, and loading large parts Basic understanding of control systems and machining principles Experience Level Entry-Level We'll provide training and mentorship to help you succeed. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
